Our PTP foil uses a four-layer structure: Protective Layer / Printing Ink / Aluminum Foil (8011-H18, 20–30 μm) / Adhesive Layer. The protective layer guards the printed surface, while the adhesive layer enables reliable heat sealing with blister base materials.
Can you print our brand artwork on the foil?
Yes. We offer gravure printing in up to 4 colors. Please provide your artwork file in AI, CDR, or PDF format with all text converted to outlines. We will prepare a color proof for your confirmation before production begins.
Can we request sample rolls before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide sample rolls for blister machine testing so you can verify seal integrity, print quality, and machine compatibility before committing to a bulk order.
What is the typical lead time?
