Our PTP foil uses a four-layer structure: Protective Layer / Printing Ink / Aluminum Foil (8011-H18, 20–30 μm) / Adhesive Layer. The protective layer guards the printed surface, while the adhesive layer enables reliable heat sealing with blister base materials.
Can your PTP foil seal with PVC and PVDC blister base films?
Yes. Our HSL coated PTP aluminum foil can be reviewed for PVC and PVDC blister base films. Please share your blister machine, sealing condition, width and thickness requirement so the specification can be checked before quotation.
Is this PVC blister film or cold-form alu alu foil?
No. This page is for PTP aluminum blister lidding foil, the printable aluminum lidding layer used for heat sealing to PVC or PVDC blister sheets.
