Specify the supply format before comparing quotes
A sachet pouch printing inquiry may describe either a finished pouch or printed rollstock. Those are different manufacturing and filling paths. Minghua Pack reviews custom flexible-packaging RFQs, but the requested supply format must be confirmed against the factory's current scope before price or material is compared.
If you need a larger resealable or gusseted format, start with custom printed pouches and bags. For generic automatic-packing web specifications, review laminated film rolls.
How premade sachets and printed rollstock differ
Use this educational comparison to describe the correct quotation path. It is not a statement that every format is currently available. Your filling equipment supplier or co-packer should confirm the final machine specification, and the packaging factory should confirm manufacturing scope.

Material review
Select the laminate from product and process inputs
PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE are common examples that may be reviewed for sachet projects. They are not interchangeable specifications. Barrier performance also depends on total construction, converting quality, seals, package geometry and real storage conditions.
Barrier target
State sensitivity to moisture, oxygen and light, plus the required shelf-life and storage conditions. Film examples are starting points, not shelf-life guarantees.
Filling and sealing process
Share product temperature, seal-jaw type, seal temperature range, line speed and whether the web runs on VFFS, HFFS or a dedicated sachet or stick-pack machine.
Destination market
List the country and any buyer-required food-contact, pharmaceutical or other documentation. Available declarations and test reports should be confirmed for the final structure and use.
Validation note
A starting structure is not proof of product compatibility, shelf life, filling-line performance or destination-market acceptance. Identify who will validate each requirement, and request documents and testing against the final specification rather than relying on a generic material claim.
Printing and artwork
Plan graphics around seals, repeat and machine marks
Gravure-printed sachet artwork should be reviewed together with the dieline or roll repeat. Keep required copy, codes and important graphics clear of seals and tear features. For rollstock, confirm eye-mark position, print repeat and unwind direction before cylinder or production approval.
